§ 2-93 ESTABLISHMENT OF DIVISIONS WITHIN DEPARTMENT.

The Director shall, with the approval of the Mayor, have authority to establish such divisions in said Department of Parks and Recreation as shall be necessary to carry out of the duties herein prescribed.
