§ 2-89 ESTABLISHMENT OF RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR ADMINISTRATION AND OPERATION OF DEPARTMENT.

   The Fire Chief, with the approval of the Mayor, may establish such rules and regulations as necessary for the efficient administration and operation of said department, such rules to be adopted in the manner prescribed by Section 1-801 of the Charter of the City of Flint.
