§ 2-80  GENERAL POWERS AND DUTIES OF THE CHIEF OF POLICE AND SUBORDINATES.
   The Chief of Police and all subordinates and employees under him shall have all other powers and duties provided by Federal and State law and the Charter of the City of Flint.
