§ 2-23.1  MEDIATION AND ENFORCEMENT POWERS.
   In cases involving alleged violations of this article, the Executive Director may enter into agreements whereby persons agree to methods of terminating discrimination or to reverse the effects of past discrimination. Such agreement shall be reviewed by the Human Relations Commission. Violations of such agreements shall be violations of this article.
   Discriminatory practices as defined in this article are violations of this article.
