§ 2-12  COMPOSITION; QUALIFICATIONS OF MEMBERS; APPOINTMENT.
   The Local Officers Compensation Commission shall consist of seven members who are registered electors of the City of Flint, and shall be appointed by the Mayor subject to confirmation by a majority of the members elected and serving on the City Council.
