§ 2-3.3 SAME — ADMINISTRATIVE REGULATIONS GOVERNING USE.

   The administrative regulations governing the use of City-owned vehicles shall make provision for:

   (a)   Assignment of pool vehicles on a specific use basis;

   (b)   Assignment of vehicles to individual positions on an eight (8) hour or work shift basis;

   (c)   Assignment of vehicles to individual positions on a twenty-four (24) hour basis;

   (d)   Use and operation of vehicles including safety equipment;

   (e)   Use of personal cars for City business.
