§ 49-33  CONSTRUCTION AND LOCATION OF PUMPS.
   Any liquid measuring device, commonly called a “pump,” used in the sale of motor fuel shall be so constructed and located as to accurately and plainly indicated to the buyer from any position he or she may reasonably be expected to assume, the true amount of motor fuel delivered during every transaction. The indicating means and its position shall be satisfactory to the Inspector of Weights and Measures.
