No person, except refiners, shall mix or blend any motor fuel sold under the trade name of gasoline with any other fluid and offer the same for sale, or offer or advertise any other fluid for sale as motor fuel under the trade name or description of gasoline which does not conform to the specifications fixed in this article, or shall advertise or display an untrue boiling point where one is required.
