§ 49-13  APPROVAL AND UPDATING OF CITY STANDARDS.
   The City standards shall be examined and approved by the State Director and they shall be the official standards for the City. The Sealer shall make, or arrange to have made, at least as frequently as once in five years, comparisons between his or her standards and appropriate standards of a higher order belonging to the State in order to maintain the standards in accurate condition.
