§ 49-5  ENFORCEMENT OF STATE RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   The Sealer shall be empowered to enforce all rules and regulations authorized to be issued by the Director pursuant to MSA §§ 12.1081(1) et seq. as promulgated in accordance with MSA §§ 3.560(7) et seq. and subject to MSA §§ 3.560(21.1) et seq.
