§ 49-4  CUSTODY OF STANDARDS; ENFORCEMENT OF CHAPTER; SUPERVISION OF WEIGHTS AND MEASURES.
   The Sealer shall have the custody of the City standards of weights and measures and of the other standards and equipment provided for by this chapter, and shall keep accurate records of the same. The Sealer shall enforce the provisions of this chapter. He or she shall have general supervision over the weights and measures offered for sale, sold or in use in this City.
