§ 33-33  FISHING.
   (a)   Fishing shall be allowed in the Flint River, except as provided otherwise herein, subject to the rules and regulations and laws of the State of Michigan.
   (b)   Fishing shall be prohibited at all times from the north and south banks of the Flint River between Beach Street and Saginaw Street.
   (c)   Bowhunting and/or spearing of fish shall be prohibited at all times from the north and south banks of the Flint River between the Hamilton Avenue Dam and the Grand Traverse Street Bridge.
   (d)   No fish shall be cleaned within 300 feet of the edge of the water along the north and south banks of the Flint River between the Hamilton Avenue Dam and the Grand Traverse Street Bridge.
   (e)   No fishing shall be allowed along the north and south banks of the Flint River between Harrison Street and Beach Street during any performance or activity in the amphitheater area located south of the Flint River and west of Saginaw Street.
