§ 33-24 THROWING OR PLACING CERTAIN ITEMS IN LAGOON.

No person shall place, throw, empty, or permit to be placed, thrown or emptied into Thread Lake Lagoon any dead carcass or any unwholesome, unhealthy or obnoxious animal, vegetable or mineral matter or any oil, coal tar or sawdust, or any other substance of an unwholesome, unhealthy or obnoxious nature.
