§ 33-19  ESTABLISHED.
   The body of water lying in the northwest park of Thread Lake Park, being within the west half of the west half of Section 20, T7N, R7E, City of Flint, County of Genesee, State of Michigan, is established and designated as Thread Lake Lagoon.
