§ 72.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.
   (B)   The violation of any provision of §§ 72.01 through 72.03 shall be an infraction punishable by a fine of not more than $50, plus court costs.

   (C)   The violation of any provision of §§ 72.15 through 72.17 shall be an infraction punishable by a fine of not more than $50, plus court costs.
