It is the purpose of this subchapter to provide for the safety of children and all other persons walking, biking or traveling by motor vehicle on Underwood Road, a town-maintained road, by routing all large truck traffic onto U.S. 25, which is a wider and safer route for large trucks to utilize traveling through the town.
