(A) The town, with reference to streets that are not state highways, has hereby established those speed limits set forth more particularly in Chapter 73, Schedule I, and has posted signs indicating those speed limits.
(B) Pursuant to the authority of G.S. § 20-141(f), it shall be unlawful to operate a vehicle in excess of the speeds listed in this section, upon the streets or portions of streets of the state highway system and those streets or portions of streets not a part of the state highway system.
(C) Pursuant to the authority of G.S. § 20-141(f), it shall be unlawful to operate any vehicle on the following state highway system streets at speeds in excess of those speeds indicated in Chapter 73, Schedule I.
