§ 70.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.
   (B)   If any person shall violate an ordinance regulating the operation or parking of vehicles, he or she shall be responsible for an infraction and shall be required to pay a penalty of not more than $50.
