§ 93.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating the provisions of §§ 93.02 or 93.03, the regulations issued thereunder or any order issued thereunder, or who knowingly induces another, directly or indirectly, to violate the provisions of those sections, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or imprisoned for not more than thirty (30) days, or both.

   (B)   Any person who violates any other provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00).
   (C)   The enforcement authority for §§ 93.30 through 93.41 shall be the City Fire Official.
      (1)   Any person in violation of§§ 93.30 through 93.41 shall be issued a citation by the Fire Official. If the citation is not contested the following penalties shall apply:
         (a)   First offense: $75.00;
         (b)   Second offense: $100.00;
         (c)   Third offense: $150.00.
      (2)   If the citation is contested and a hearing is requested in front of the Code Enforcement Board, the following maximum penalties may be imposed at the discretion of the Code Enforcement Board:
         (a)   First offense: $200.00;
         (b)   Second offense: $300.00;
         (c)    All others: $500.00.
