Upon probable cause to believe a violation of this subchapter is occurring in the city, the Fire Official or any authorized officer, agent, employee or representative of the city and the Flemingsburg Volunteer Fire Department may inspect any property for the purpose of ascertaining compliance with the provisions of this subchapter.
