(A) Any person who shall violate § 72.53 (C), (D) or (E) shall pay a fine of $5.00, if paid at the City Hall within 48 hours from the time of the violation. If the fine is not paid within 48 hours and is paid within 72 hours, the fine shall be $10.00 and will not be subject to court costs. Any person failing to pay at City Hall within 72 hours shall be subject to summons to Fleming District Court, and shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $25.00 nor more than $75.00 for the first offense, and be assessed court costs by Fleming District Court in the Court’s sole discretion.
(B) Any person failing to pay parking violation fines as set out in division (A) above, and thereby permitting the accumulation of two or more tickets with any 12-month period, shall upon conviction in Fleming District Court, be fined not less than $75.00 nor more than $150.00, and each traffic ticket shall constitute a separate offense whether or not they are issued on the same day or different days.
(C) Any person who shall violate § 72.53 (F) or (G) and any person who aids, abets, or assists therein, shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of any amount not exceeding $50.00 for each offense or violation.
