§ 72.05 PARKING RESTRICTED TO ALLOW STREET CLEANING.

   (A)   It shall be unlawful to obstruct any street within the city at such times as the city, through the Street and Sanitation Superintendent, designates street cleaning operations. Notice of the time when the cleaning operations will be conducted, and any change thereof will be published one time in the local newspapers.

   (B)   Any person who violates this section shall be subject to having his vehicle towed in accordance with §§ 72.20 through 72.22, or other obstruction removed, at his expense, and shall be subject to the penalty set forth in § 72.99.
