§ 53.99 PENALTY.

(A) Hazardous waste. Any person who violates § 53.06(A) or § 53.09 (A) or (B) of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00).

(B) Out-of-town garbage and all other violations. Any person who violates § 53.09(C) through § 53.09(M) herein shall upon conviction be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00).

(C) In addition to the penalty provisions set forth in subsections (A) and (B) above, the city may commence such civil proceedings as may be necessary to enforce the provisions of this chapter.
