§ 53.06 HAZARDOUS WASTE.
   Hazardous waste shall not be placed for collection by city:
   (A)   No person shall place for collection or otherwise permit, allow, assist or facilitate any other person to place any hazardous waste for collection by the city.
   (B)   The Superintendent or a duly-authorized representative of the city, after proper identification, shall have the power to enter at reasonable times upon private or public property for the purpose of inspecting and investigating conditions relating to the enforcement of the provisions of this subchapter.
   (C)   The Mayor, Superintendent or other duly-authorized representative of the city shall instruct the Street and Sanitation Department to withhold the collection of any waste suspected of being hazardous until such time that the person responsible for the generation of the suspect waste has adequately and reasonably demonstrated to the city that the waste is not hazardous.
