§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person violating the provisions of §§ 91.21(F), 91.23(E) and (F), 91.24, and 91.26 may be convicted for each such offense and punished according to the general punishment provisions of the city ordinances.
