§ 90.30 NUISANCE DECLARED.
   Any weeds, such as jimson burdock, ragweed, thistle, cocklebur or other weeds of a like kind found growing in any lot or tract of land in the village are hereby declared to be a nuisance, and it shall be unlawful to permit any such weeds to grow or remain for more than seven days in any such place. For the purposes of this subchapter, WEED shall also mean a plant that is not valued where it is growing and is usually of vigorous growth, especially one that tends to overgrow or choke out more desirable plants.
