§ 71.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Should any golf cart, all-terrain vehicle, or off-highway vehicle be operated on the village roadways in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter the violation of, or failure to comply with, any provision of the village code shall constitute an offense against the village, and where no specific penalty is provided therefore, shall subject the offender, upon conviction, to be punished by a fine of not less than $75 nor more than $150. Any fees or costs incurred by the village with respect to attorneys or private collection agents retained by the municipality under 65 ILCS 5/1-2-1 shall be charged to the offender for violation of any ordinance duly enacted by the village. This shall include any such expenses to enforce ordinances.
   (B)   In addition to the revocation of the registration for a golf cart, as provided in this chapter, any person violating the provisions of §§ 71.15 through 71.23 shall be subject to revocation of any registration and a fine of not less than $75 and not more than $150. The provisions hereof for prosecuting violations of §§ 71.15 through 71.23 are not intended to supersede the State Vehicle Code, or to in any way impair prosecution of violations of the State Vehicle Code involving the operation of golf carts. A separate violation occurs each time the golf cart is operated on the village roadways when not in compliance with §§ 71.15 through 71.23.
   (C)   In addition to the revocation of the registration for an all-terrain vehicle, as provided in this chapter, any person violating the provisions of §§ 71.35 through 71.43 shall be subject to revocation of any registration and a fine of not less than $75 and not more than $150. The provisions hereof for prosecuting violations of §§ 71.35 through 71.43 are not intended to supersede the State Vehicle Code, or to in any way impair prosecution of violations of the State Vehicle Code involving the operation of all-terrain vehicles. A separate violation occurs each time the all-terrain vehicle is operated on the village roadways when not in compliance with §§ 71.35 through 71.43.
   (D)   In addition to the revocation of the registration for a recreational non-highway vehicle as provided in chapter, any person violating the provisions of §§ 71.55 through 71.63 shall be subject to revocation of any registration and a fine of not less than $75 and not more than $150. The provisions hereof for prosecuting violations of §§ 71.55 through 71.63 are not intended to supersede the State Vehicle Code, or to in any way impair prosecution of violations of the State Vehicle Code involving the operation of recreational non-highway vehicles. A separate violation occurs each time the recreational non-highway vehicle is operated on the village roadways when not in compliance with §§ 71.55 through 71.63.
