Recreational non-highway vehicles shall be operated at all times in accordance with the provisions of the State Vehicle Code, the rules of the road contained therein, and any other laws, regulations, or ordinances governing the operation of motor vehicles in the village, as well as any laws, regulations, or ordinances specifically pertaining to recreational non-highway vehicles and the operation thereof.
