§ 70.30 PARKING AT A CURB.

No vehicle shall be parked with the left side of the vehicle next to the curb, and it shall be unlawful to stand or park any vehicle in any street other than parallel with the curb and the two right wheels of the vehicle within 12 inches of the regularly established curb line, except as otherwise provided in this title.
