§ 70.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) Any person violating this title shall be subject to a fine of not less than $50, and no more than $500. The village may use any legal means to enforce and prosecute violations hereunder.
