§ 53.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   (1)   Violations of § 53.01 shall be subject to fines and penalties of no less than $25 and no more than $100 per violation, plus any court costs and attorney’s fees incurred by the village to enforce § 53.01.

      (2)   A violation of § 53.01 shall be deemed to occur each day the owner or occupant allows such refuse, garbage, waste, cans, containers, or lids to remain on the property in public view.
