Prior to the construction, rehabilitation, or alteration of any swimming pool in the city, a plan review fee of $100 shall be paid to the Health Department. The plans and specification sheets stamped with the State of Indiana Plan Release shall also be submitted to the Health Officer for plan review. The plans and specifications shall indicate the proposed layout, arrangement, mechanical plans, construction materials of work areas, and the type and model of proposed fixed and non-fixed equipment and facilities. Failure to submit the appropriate plan review fee and construction plans prior to beginning construction, rehabilitation, or alteration may result in a stop work order.
