§ 171.14 LICENSE REVOCATION.
   (A)   The Health Officer may, after providing opportunity for hearing, revoke a license for any of the following reasons:
      (1)   Repeated violations of this chapter found in consecutive inspections;
      (2)   Interference with the Health Officer in the performance of his/her duties; or
      (3)   As a result of a license suspension which has exceeded 30 days.
   (B)   Before revocation, the Health Officer shall notify the licensee or the PIC, in writing, of the reasons for which such license is subject to revocation. The license shall be revoked at the end of ten days following service of such notice unless a written request for a hearing is filed with the Health Officer within the ten-day period. If no request for hearing is filed within the ten-day period, the revocation of the license becomes final.
