(A) There is hereby established pursuant to IC 9-17-1 et seq. a Special Vehicle Inspection Fund to be maintained by the Controller separate and apart from all other funds of the city.
(B) Appropriations from the Fund shall be made only for law enforcement purposes upon application to the Controller and approval of the Public Works and Safety Board.
