§ 70.19 TEMPORARY PLACEMENT OF TRAFFIC-CONTROL DEVICES.
   The Police Chief may authorize the temporary placing of official traffic-control devices when required by an emergency. The Police Chief shall notify the Board of Public Works and Safety of his action as soon thereafter as is practicable.
