107.03 EXPENSES.

   Until terminated pursuant to Section 107.05, the Fund shall be used exclusively for the payment of claims and to pay the following expenses:

   (a)   Expenses related to the investigation, defense, litigation or settlement of claims.

   (b)   Expenses related to the claims processing and risk management programs provided for by the Plan.

   (c)   Expenses related to the establishment, administration and management of the Fund including payments for legal, accounting, actuary and investment services.

   (d)   Premiums for excess liability insurance to cover risks and amounts of liability not otherwise covered by the Plan.
