107.05 TERMINATION.
The Plan may be terminated by the City at any time when self-insurance is no longer deemed feasible or economical for the City. Sould such Fund be terminated, the following shall apply:
(a) The Fund shall contain amounts determined by an independent actuary necessary to pay all costs, expenses and claims which may then be outstanding against the Fund or City or which may arise because of incidents occurring during the term of the Plan.
(b) The Fund shall continue for the purpose of paying all costs and expenses in satisfying all such claims and for the costs and expenses of administering the Fund.
(c) At the end of the fiscal year in which termination occurs, the Fund may distribute all or a portion of the Fund assets not retained for the purposes of paying claims, costs and expenses of the Fund for the Plan's term of coverage.
