939.03 GENERAL DEFINITIONS.

For the purposes of this Chapter 939 and except where expressly provided in Section 939.04, "Definitions Applicable to Type I Applications for Minor Modifications," the following words and phrases used in this Chapter 939 shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this Section 939.03, regardless of whether or not the words and phrases are capitalized.
