905.05 IMPLEMENTATION OF SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION.

   Implementation of the construction of sidewalks on primary thoroughfares based on the priority areas established in Section 905.04 is as follows:

   (a)    Starting with the first school on the list in Section 905.04, then with each successive school in alphabetical order, sidewalks are to be constructed within a zone having a radius of 750 feet centered on each school. This shall be considered Zone 1 for each school.

   (b)    Once sidewalks have been constructed with the first zone, sidewalks are to be constructed in alphabetical order by school and in numerical order by zone with each zone consisting of the radii below centered on each school.

      If additional zones are required, they are to be created at intervals of 1,000 feet.

   (c)    This procedure will be used until all areas within the corporate limits of the City are covered as required by this chapter.

   (d)    Properties split by one or more zone boundaries will be required to install sidewalks on the entire property at one time.

   (e)    All properties annexed after the passage of this chapter must have sidewalks installed by July 31 of the year following annexation, at the expense of the property owner. (Ord. 2002-108. Passed 12-17-02.)
