905.04 PRIORITIES FOR SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION.

   Priorities for sidewalk construction on primary thoroughfares throughout the City are as follows:

   (a)    The following zones are established with the listed schools being the central point of each sidewalk zone and said priority is established by an alphabetical listing for primary thoroughfares as follows:

      (1)   Benjamin Franklin

      (2)   Bigelow Hill

      (3)    Blanchard Valley School

      (4)    Central Middle School

      (5)    Chamberlin Hill

      (6)   Donnell Middle School

      (7)    Glenwood Middle School

      (8)    Jacobs

      (9)   Jefferson      

      (10)   Lincoln

      (11)   Northview

      (12)   St. Michael's East

      (13)   St. Michael's West

      (14)    Washington

      (15)   Whittier

      (16)   Wilson Vance

   (b)   Sidewalks shall be installed as soon as practicable, without regard to the priority areas above, where it has been determined that there is a hazard to the safety of pedestrian traffic.

   (c)   Proper and existing sidewalks removed at the time of a street improvement shall be replaced at the expense of the City.
