903.04 BOND NOT REQUIRED.

The provisions of Section 903.03 shall not apply to any person, partnership, or corporation licensed by the City to make connections with the sewers or drains of the City, or to persons engaged in making public improvements in the streets or other public ways in the City under contract with the City.
