§ 51.051 REISSUANCE.
   A user with an expiring wastewater discharge permit shall apply for wastewater discharge permit reissuance by submitting a complete permit application, in accordance with § 51.044(A), a minimum of 60 days prior to the expiration of the user's existing wastewater discharge permit.
