§ 51.027 BEST MANAGEMENT PRACTICES.
   The Director may develop best management practices (BMPs), and require users to implement such BMPs if necessary to protect the POTW. Such BMPs would be supplemental and not used as a replacement for compliance with local limits listed in § 51.017 and prohibited discharge standards in § 51.015.
