§ 51.020 PLANT LOADING.
   (A)   No industry shall discharge wastewater containing a BOD or TSS loading that causes the city's pro rata share of the total BOD or TSS loading to the POTW system to exceed the city's pro rata share of the total flow to the POTW system. (Example: if the city contributes 25% of the total wastewater flow to the system, the city's cumulative BOD or TSS loading to the system, as measured at the city's points of entry to the system, shall not exceed 25% of the total BOD or TSS loading to the system.)
   (B)   Any industry with a wastewater strength that will cause the city's cumulative wastewater loading, at the city's points of entry, to exceed the city's pro rata share of the total wastewater loading based upon flow, shall be required to install pretreatment facilities to reduce its wastewater strength to an acceptable level.
