§ 94.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person who violates a provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall be subject to penalties as provided in § 10.99 of this code.

(B) Any person, business, or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of §§ 94.15 through 94.17 shall be, upon conviction, guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine of not more than $200, and each day of the violation shall constitute a separate offense.
