§ 94.15 PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES.
   No person, business, or corporation shall, on the premises of Muntz Baseball Complex (the premises):
   (A)   Have in his, her, or its possession or under his, her, or its custody or control any alcoholic beverage, any illegal narcotic, or any illegal drug;
   (B)   Allow dogs or any other type of animal to enter into the premises, except animals trained and being used for assistance by persons with physical disabilities;
   (C)   Use or access any obscene matter in any form, including, but not limited to, electronic use or access by means of the city’s internet wi-fi service;
   (D)   Operate or park any motor vehicle or bicycle, or any other wheeled device, excepting for those that are for the legitimate use of a disability, on any portion of the premises other than the designated parking areas; or
   (E)   Conduct or be involved in any activity on the premises after 10:30 p.m. every day until 7:00 a.m. the following day, unless that activity is a part of an event scheduled by an organization authorized to use the Muntz Baseball Complex by the city.
