§ 93.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person who violates a provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall be subject to penalties as provided in § 10.99 of this code.

   (B)   (1)   An offense under §§ 93.20 through 93.33 is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine upon conviction of not more than $2,000. Each day an offense occurs shall be a separate offense.

      (2)   Nothing contained in §§ 93.20 through 93.33 shall be construed or understood s contrary to other remedies available to the city.

      (3)   A person who violates the provisions as to junked vehicles may be subject to both misdemeanor charges and civil abatement procedures as provided herein. There need not be nor is there required to be an election of remedies.
