§ 93.33 OFFENSE.
   (A)   A person commits an offense if the person maintains a public nuisance described by § 93.24.
   (B)   The Municipal Court shall have the authority to issue all orders to enforce this subchapter. Upon the determination of a conviction, the Court shall order abatement and removal of the nuisance.
