§ 70.05 UNREASONABLE ACCELERATION; DISORDERLY CONDUCT.
   (A)   It shall be a violation of this traffic-control chapter for the driver of a motor vehicle to knowingly and intentionally accelerate his or her motor vehicle from a stopped position in such a manner as to spin his or her tires causing a disturbance of the public peace and endangering the public safety.
   (B)   Such an improper start from a stopped position shall be known as “disorderly conduct with a motor vehicle.”
