(A) Any person who violates a provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall be subject to penalties as provided in § 10.99 of this code.
(B) Any person or business violating any provision of §§ 52.01 et seq. of this code shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be subject to fine as set by City Council ordinance. Each occasion and each day of a violation of that subchapter shall constitute a separate offense.

(C) Any person violating any provision of §§ 52.25 et seq. of this code shall, upon conviction, be fined a sum not exceeding $500. Each day that a provision of that subchapter is violated shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
